Lucy (ルーシー, Ruushii) is best friends with Priscilla and very protective of her. She's a very competitive individual. Her mother, Simone, is the mayor of Rigbarth. She's a girl who likes to be physically active and is always looking out for Priscilla so that she doesn't get into danger. She hates to lose, and always challenges the main character to a fight. She has a knack for getting to know and getting along with everyone easily, but the truth is that she's pretty lonely.

• In the Rune Factory 5 Destined Person ♡ Diagnosis Quiz, Lucy was compared to Xiao Pai from Rune Factory 4/Special. If you're given her as a destined partner, the result reads: "Your destined partner is Lucy, an energetic girl who hates losing. At first you may be put off by her highly competitive nature, but once you notice the lonely side of her, you'll fall in love before you know it. Because of her competitiveness, she has a bit of a complex when it comes to showing her more vulnerable side. If you can get her to open her heart to you, you'll reach your goal with no problem!   Hi everyone! I'm Lucy's voice actress, Yuka Iguchi. I just finished recording, but I imagine you're all having fun playing the game by now. Lucy is a pretty bright and cheerful girl for the most part, although she can be quite childish at times, too. That said, she's also surprisingly capable of acting mature and responsible. She's good at thinking about the big picture. Since she's a girl with charm to spare, I tried to convey that through my performance. While she's generally very bubbly and sociable, she's actually quite shy when you get down to it. The more she opens up to you, the more of her feminine side you'll see. Once you manage to break through her shell...that's when you'll discover just how truly adorable Lucy can be. I had to say a ton of embarrassing lines during recording. I think you'll hear them during the second half of the game. I know it was just Lucy herself expressing how embarrassed she felt...but I got second-hand embarrassment just saying those lines! This game has so much going for it: the world, Lucy, and all the other delightful characters. So I hope you get to experience everything it has to offer.
