• In Cecil's twitter intro reveal, Cecil mentions Porcoline from Rune Factory 4/Special. He indicates that Porcoline runs a guide that rates restaurants from around the world. Elsje's restaurant has been given a one star, which means it's a highly recommended restaurant according to the guide.
• Each Japanese voice actor has provided commentary on their characters and on Rune Factory 5 as a whole. The following is the English translation of Akari Kito's commentary:

  Hey there! This is Akari Kito, the voice of Elsje. We just finished recording, so let me tell you a little bit about Elsje. She thinks just about everything requires way too much effort. I had so many laidback lines to record for her. So many, in fact, that I almost started yawning in the middle of reading them. I've never had a recording session like that before! So, back to Elsje... She's Priscilla's older sister, right? And even though Elsje hates doing pretty much everything, she still works so hard for her little sister. I think it all goes to show that she's a really good person at heart. So I've been asked, "What would you do if you had to farm for a living in a world full of monsters?" A very good question! Well, like Elsje, I'm also always complaining about everything... So I think I'd just stick to a laidback life at the farm. I'm not very good at cooking, though... Which is why I'd probably just go lie down in a field somewhere and take a nap. Anyway, let's wrap this up by having Elsje say a few words! Take it away, Elsje! Hmm... You want me to what?
