Elsje (エルシェ) is Priscilla's sister and seems to have trouble with a lot of activities required of her around her restaurant, but she's also a genius at her craft.

• In Cecil's twitter intro reveal, Cecil mentions Porcoline from Rune Factory 4/Special. He indicates that Porcoline runs a guide that rates restaurants from around the world. Elsje's restaurant has been given a one star, which means it's a highly recommended restaurant according to the guide.
