Lake Mine (Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town)

Description

The Lake Mine can be found halfway up Mother's Hill. This mine can only be accessed during Winter when the lake has frozen over or once the player has obtained the Teleport Stone, unlike the Spring Mine, which can be accessed year-round.

Special Items

A variety of special tools and one King Fish can be found within the Lake Mine.

Cursed Tools

Once the player has upgraded all their tools to level 5 (Mithril), Cursed Tools will become available within the Lake Mine. These tools are only found when tilling on specific floors. These tools have a low spawn rate (0.4% per tile) and are not guaranteed to spawn at all. It is recommended to save on the previous floor in order to allow them to "reload" the tool's floor in the event that the tool does not spawn.

Kappa Jewels

There are a total of nine Kappa Jewels found on specific floors within the Lake Mine. Once all are collected, the player will receive the Kappa Gem, a tool that relieves fatigue.

Kappa Jewels can be found on the following floors (with drop%): Floors - 0, 40, 60, and 80 (0.4%) Floors - 120, 140, 160, and 180 (0.8%) Floor - 255 (19.5%)

Underground Lake

On floor 9, there is a cave entrance that leads to an underground lake. The king fish Coelacanth can be caught here.
