Blaire (ブレア) is a bright and spirited young woman who works at the Capeside Bistro. She dreams of one day packing up and leaving Olive Town to pursue stardom. She used to live in the city. Often gets reprimanded by her boss, Misaki, for talking to customers on the clock.
