Another Horse

If Barley took the pony away, another horse will visit the farm after planting 40 bags of grass.

Bees

During any season except winter, grow flowers and one day bees will make a hive in the apple tree near your house. The bees will produce honey each day. Give a bottle of honey to Louis, at the Woodcutter's House, and he will inform Zack that the bees are a rare type, which will increase the value from 50G to 60G.

Divorce

Lowering a spouse's affection rating to a black heart (by giving her items she hates) will cause her to leave you. This is an interesting feature that was also in Harvest Moon 64.

Quick Money

It is possible to trade between two save files (must be different Farm names). This can be used to "import" cows, or other animals, from one file to another. They can then be sold to make extra money.
