Trivia
- Messhina Valley is tied with Blessia Island for the least available farm tiles in generation 1, having 18 less total tiles than Trieste Forest and Padova Mountains.
- It is also the only seasonal dungeon in which the player is unable to access all the farm tiles from the start of the game, as 18 tiles are blocked by rocks that must be broken with a hammer.
- Despite the higher star ranking assigned by the game, its farmable tiles are arguably the safest of the four dungeons in generation 1. The first group of farm tiles are far enough from the monster spawner that the player can safely tend their crops, and the second group of farm tiles are accompanied by a spawner that exclusively produces monsters that are passive until attacked.
