Dialogue and Scripts

Everyday Dialogue

This game does not include any way to keep track of affection levels. Lines will be listed generally in order from what they say at the beginning of the game, to what they say as they get to know you better.

Description Line
Introduction "...Are you the strange guy who moved into that farm? Well, whatever. Good luck."
In Carpenter's House "Hi. It's more like "welcome," I guess."
"Those two guys followed Grandpa from another town. They're not good enough yet, but he says they've got potential."
"We don't have a lot of work to do, so Joe goes fishing all the time, and I think Kurt secretly likes gardening. ...I don't really know what he does."
"Woodworking is more like a hobby to me. I can make a bird house pretty well."
"I love to see a guy who's working hard. I'm not talking about anyone in particular. It's just...my general opinion."
Outside "Hey, you."
"Are you actually working? Don't be wandering around so much."
"Your farm depends on your health. Make sure you eat three meals every day."
"Yawn... I'm so bored."
"There used to be a restriction on when you could fish at that lake, so that the fish don't die out. Now that there aren't so many people, we don't need to worry about it, but it's still important to care."
Walking "How's your farm going?"
"Hey, you."
"The day goes by so quickly."
"You're doing pretty well."
Morning "Well, you're up early."
"It's so early. What do you want?"
"Hey, 'morning. You're up and working early as usual. It's better to get your work done earlier in the day."
Night "Good night. I'm going to bed."
"You should do the most strenuous work during the day, because you get tired more easily at night."
"If you're going to work at night, it should be after you've had dinner."
"It's weird to talk to people at night. It makes me more honest or something..."
"What's up? I'm about to go to bed, but... If you stay here this late... They're going to say things about us, you know? Not that I'd mind that..."
Close to the end of the game? "I really love this place. Maybe it's because I was born here, but I just love absolutely everything about it... That's why I don't want to give this place up. I just can't...let my homeland be taken away from me."

Weather

Description Line
Raining (Morning?) "Good morning. Doesn't it stink when it rains?"
"I hate the rain."
Storming "Animals are sensitive, so they get stressed on days like this. Bob said he always checks the weather forecast because he needs to bring the animals inside before it rains."
"What are you doing out on a day like this? You shouldn't work when it's raining this much."
Rainy season "If you've got a leaky roof, I don't think you'll be able to get a good night's rest with all the dripping rain."
Dry season "Grandpa tells me all the time that the dry season used to be terrible. After all, plants and animals can't live without water. He says it's gotten a lot better, though."
Spring? "I think this is the animals' favorite season."
Summer? Dry season? "I get energetic during the Summer. But the Summer dry season is pretty rough. Don't work too hard."

Gift Lines

Description Line
Give V. Berry "Oh, I like this a lot. It's sweet and tangy."

Second Question (usually asks at night) "...Can I talk to you a minute?" (Yes) "Guys like girls who are frail and need to be protected, right? I'm not like that, so..."
