Festivals and Events (Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life)
The following is a list of some of the cut scenes in Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life. We will be adding more as they are discovered. Also, if you're looking for heart events with the bachelorettes, then please check out the girl's page.
Festivals
Spring
New Years Festival: Go to Romana's Mansion and you will get a scene in which you and the rest of the village celebrate the start of the New Year.
Summer
Summer Music Festival, 1st: Go to Gustafa's House anytime during the day in the Summer and you will get a scene in which Gustafa plays music for you and the townspeople.
Fall
Harvest Festival, 5th: Go to the Blue Bar any time during the day and you'll get a scene in which you, Vesta, Marlin, Celia, Ruby, and Griffin celebrate the fruits of the harvest.
Winter
Star Night Festival: Go to Gustafa's House anytime at night during the Winter, and you will get a scene in which he plays music for you and the townspeople.
Cutscenes
Murry Leaves
If you give Murry enough money, he will finally come to you one day and tell you that he is returning to PoPo Valley. He will thank you and give you a Temple Ore.
Sebastian's Picture
Go into Sebastian's room at the manor when he is in there. You will find a picture of a young girl. He will then notice that you are there and be surprised that you found it. Ask him if the picture is of Lumina. He will tell you that it is actually a old picture of Romana. He will then ask you to keep it a secret from her. Agree, and he will be very happy.
Vesta Gives You A Hoe
Go into the shipping shed when Vesta is in there. She will tell you that she has found her Grandfather's old hoe. Telling you that she has no use for it, she will give it to you.
Matkins Diet
Go into the Inn whenever Van is in there (around 10 or 11 AM on the 3rd or 8th of the month) and you'll get a scene where he talks about the "Matkins" Diet that Romana has placed him on. He'll tell you that he's lost a certain amount of weight. You then have the choice of congratulating him or telling him that the scale is wrong. If you choose option 1, he will be very happy. However, if you choose option 2, he will be depressed, and may open his shop late.
Lumina Plays The Piano
Go into the mansion when Lumina is playing the piano during Chapter 1. She will tell you that she no longer has fun when she plays, and feels that she is only doing it to please Romana. Choose option 2, and she will be very happy.
Nami's Back!
Follow Patrick into the bar during Chapter 2 and if you are not married to Nami and you will get a scene in which he, Cody, and Gustafa wonder where Nami is. Carter will then walk in, overhear them talking and mention that he saw Nami. They are all shocked and head out to look for her. You will then tell Griffin that you will be joining them. When you get outside, Nami will have been found and everyone is happy. Tim rushes out to see whats going on and then seeing Nami, invites her to stay at the inn. She accepts, and everyone goes off to celebrate. You should then tell Nami that she should stay forever (Option 1). This will make her very happy.
Daryl Spies On Your Child
Anytime in Chapter 2, exit your house during the afternoon and you will get this scene in which Daryl spies on your child.
Chris and Sam Talk
Exit the clinic during Chapter 2 while Chris and Samantha are both out, they'll meet by the well and talk about their lives.
You've Betrayed Muffy!
You get this scene if you get Muffy up to 4 hearts and then propose to another girl. Muffy will come to your house and scream at you for betraying her. She'll then leave and be angry at you for the rest of Chapter 1.
