A man displaced in time, with clearly visible horse-like features. Quiet, clumsy and antisocial, he's often misunderstood by others and is the source of numerous rumors throughout the town.

Dylas is an introverted waiter working at Porcoline's Kitchen. Aloof and guarded, over time he learns to open up to the player and to the rest of the town. His serious demeanor may be a result of his social awkwardness, which he tries to improve on with great difficulty. Dylas' favorite hobby is fishing, though after working for Porcoline, he becomes interested in cooking as well. He dislikes Doug, and they are often seen arguing or trying to one-up each other. At times however, he is seen helping and caring about Doug, which he hides with much embarrassment.

To unlock Dylas, you must defeat the horse monster at the end of Water Ruins.
