Description

Carter (カーター, Kātā) takes pride in being the only priest in Mineral Town. Though he's a bit unconventional with how ruthless he can be with his responses in the confessional, he's truly invested in giving his heart and soul to making the people of Mineral Town happy. He can be found usually watching over the town's children, May and Stu, and spends a lot of time with Cliff.
