Hi Doug, this wiki is managed by an internal group off site. I have spoken to them and made my wishes known that as I no longer want to be associated with this group, I also no longer wish to give permission to contributions I have made as they are all direct translations of non-natively English materials that I translated myself. I don't know how to directly respond so I hope you will see this.
