Buying Cooking Utensils
Before you can make anything, you need to purchase cooking utensils! Utensils can be bought at the Rusk Supermarket, or from Maya during the spring or summer flea market.

Match Set
While this doesn't count as a kitchen utensil, you can cook food with it. You can buy the match set from the supermarket. You can set a fire only in one of the boxes for that purpose. There are two boxes at the Waffle Island beach (one on the beach in town and one in the Caramel River area), one on Kotori Island, and one on Ohtori Island. All fish can be cooked over an open fire! There are also a few other items that can be cooked this way:
- Clams
- Sea Urchins
- Eggplants
- Corn
- Sweet Potatoes
- And Chestnuts.
