Description
Alicia is the daughter of Natalie and the older sister of Ray. She and her mother don't get along because she doesn't approve of Alicia's career choice. Alicia is a fortune teller who sets up shop by the docks when the weather is good. While her location and weather predictions are always right she will have you running around making her other predictions come true. She dresses very eccentrically. There is no rival for her, and will stay single forever if you don't marry her.
