『牧場物語』モバイルゲーム展開に関する
ライセンス契約をテンセントゲームスと締結

株式会社マーベラス(代表取締役会長 兼 社長 CEO :中山 晴喜/所在地:東京都品川区)は、『牧場物語』のモバイルゲーム展開について、テンセントゲームスとライセンス契約を締結しましたのでお知らせいたします。

『牧場物語』は、マーベラスのコンシューマ(家庭用) ゲームソフトの代表作のひとつで、自然がいっぱいの牧場で、作物づくりや動物の世話、里に住む人たちとの恋愛·結婚など、人生をまるごと楽しめる「ほのぼの生活ゲーム」です。1996年の第1作より 20年以上に渡りお客さまからの支持を受け続け、現在までに 33作品が発売され、欧米およびアジアにおいても展開している人気シリーズです。今回の取り組みでは、マーベラスが素材の提供、テンセントゲームスが開発·配信 運営を担当します。両社のノウハウを合わせることで、モバイルカテゴリーでの『牧場物語』IPの展開を狙います。マーベラスは、現在自社コンテンツの海外展開を推進しており、特に中国市場に向けては、スマートフォンゲーム『シノビマスター閃乱カグラ NEW LINK』『戦刻ナイトブラッド』の配信決定や、アミューズメント施設向けプライズ (景品)ゲーム『TRYPOD』の投入など、展開を強化しています。このたびの取り組みを通じ、さらなる IP 展開の推進、グローバルビジネスの拡大を図ってまいります。

Bokujou Monogatari Mobile Game Development
License agreement signed with Tencent Games

Marvelous, Inc. (Chairman and CEO: Haruki Nakayama; Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that it has signed a license agreement with Tencent Games to develop "Bokujou Monogatari" into a mobile game.

Bokujou Monogatari is one of Marvelous' most popular consumer game software titles. It is a "heartwarming lifestyle game" where you can enjoy your whole life on a farm full of nature, growing crops, taking care of animals, falling in love with and marrying the people who live in the village, and so on. The series has been popular with customers for more than 20 years, since its first release in 1996. 33 titles have been released to date, and the series is also available in Europe, the US and Asia. For this project, Marvelous will provide the materials and Tencent Games will be in charge of development and distribution operations. By combining the know-how of both companies, we aim to develop the "Bokujou Monogatari" IP in the mobile games genre. Marvelous is currently promoting the overseas development of its own content, and in particular, is strengthening its development in the Chinese market with the decision to distribute the smartphone games, "Shinobi Master Senran Kagura NEW LINK" and "Senkoku Night Blood", and the launch of the prize game "TRYPOD" for arcades. Through this initiative, we will further promote IP development and expand our global business.
