Description

A prince who was sent to Selphia from the capital. Though royalty, he's never been one to have others do his work for him, and his passion for negotiation and maintaining trade relations leaves him with a tendency to carry on far more work than the average person. Most unexpectedly, he is a huge fan of anything cute. ^[1]

Arthur is a merchant and the Prince of Norad, sent to Selphia to fulfill the duties that were (mistakenly) given to the player. He asks the player to fill his role as acting royalty so that he may focus on his work in trade delegations. He has exceptional talent for negotiation, with an ability to keep calm in any situation. His love of commerce makes him somewhat of a workaholic, spending much of his time either traveling or writing reports.

Arthur will arrive in Selphia on Spring ??, after which he will set up office in the Saint-Coquille Mansion in the room next to Porcoline's Kitchen. There, he can sell Trade Items, give the Harvest Report, and exchange Play Coins for Gold.
