Description

Jeff is the Master Baker at the Bakery in Flowerbud Village. He lives there with Ellen and her granddaughter, Elli.

Personality

Jeff proves he is a man who stands by his word through his actions and his continued presence in town, staying there because of circumstances with Elli's family. Elli's grandfather gave him the Bakery because Elli was too young to inherit it at the time. Though he acts as a father to Elli in her father's absence, he cares deeply about her.

• Description: The Player enters the Bakery and sees Popuri ordering cake, pie and tea. Elli says she's envious of Popuri because she never gains weight. While Elli gets her order from the back room, Jeff gives Popuri her tea and says that girls should be a little bigger, because it's healthier. Popuri teases him that it must be the way he likes women, and he says girls shouldn't force themselves to diet because they're attractive. Elli returns and gives Popuri her order, and Popuri leaves.

Fishing With Jeff

• Description: When the Player enters Moon Mountain near the river, he'll have a view of Jeff and Elli fishing. They'll chat for a little bit until Jeff struggles with a fish, and gets splashed. Elli comments how Jeff looks younger when his bangs are down, but Jeff doesn't think anything of it.
• Requirements: Have Elli's Heart Affection Level below Green, and be friends with Jeff.

Jeff and Elli Marry

• Description: Jeff stops by the farm to tell the Player he's getting married, and the Player is invited.

Trivia

• Jeff is one of the only two characters to mention their age in-game (aside from Stu). It's the only way we know that Elli is 24, as he says he is 30 and Elli is six years younger than he is.
• Jeff moved to Flowerbud Village 10 years prior to the Player's arrival, when he was twenty. He became a family friend to Elli's family. and has known her through the loss of her grandfather and the loss of her parents.
