Description

A knight who trains every day to protect the town of Selphia. She's polite and honest, but when she gets an idea in her head, she never lets it go. Unusually overprotective of her younger brother, Kiel.

Forte is Selphia's knight in shining armor, sworn to protect the town and the people living in it. She inherited these duties from her father, who was also a knight before he passed away. Serious and strong-willed with an impenetrable sense of justice, she can be resolute to the point of stubbornness. She also tries her best to deflect her more “unknightly” qualities, such as her love of sweets and cute things and her fear of ghosts. She isn't very good at hiding it, but that's okay, because the town respects and loves her for who she is, "unknightly" qualities and all.

Trivia

• Forte's name comes from a "forte", which is the part of a sword's blade that is closest to the hilt.
• Forte and her brother Kiel can be seen as foils to each other -- Forte is very athletic and fights using a sword, Kiel is bookish and uses magic to fight instead. Kiel excels in housework, such as cooking and cleaning, whereas Forte is known to be terrible at both. Forte is serious and stubborn, Kiel is cheerful and can be easily swayed. Kiel is more of a caregiver, Forte is a protector.
  • Even their attitudes towards Bado oppose each other, with Forte having a more antagonistic view towards Bado, while Kiel considers him a friend.
• Though their home is called "Forte's House", both Kiel and Forte live there.
