Ann Stops By

• Description: In the morning, Ann will stop by and give the Player a refreshing snack or drink to renew his energy. The first time she visits she must be at a Blue Heart, and the second time she visits she will have a Green Heart.
• Requirements: Raise Ann's Heart Affection level to Blue, then to Green.

Ann Gets Sick

• Description: The Player visits Green Ranch, and is greeted by Hall. Hall says Ann is sick and suggests the Player visit her. If the Player selects "OK", the screen will fade in to Ann's room. After talking to Ann and looking around her room, which is optional, Ann thanks the Player for visiting and the event increases her affection level towards him.
• Requirements: Raise Ann's Heart Affection Level to Green, and go to her house on a rainy day.

Ann Sprains Her Ankle

• Description: The Player enters Branch Road, and sees Ann laying on the ground. If he goes up and interacts, she says she has sprained her ankle. If the Player selects "Carry her", it will raise Ann's affection level towards him. If the Player selects "Get help", Cliff will come to assist Ann, and it will raise her affection level with Cliff.
• Requirements: Raise Ann's Heart Affection Level to Green.

Dream Event: Little Birds

• Description: The Player has a dream about looking at birds nests in trees when he was visiting Flowerbud Village as a child. The day after the dream happens, go to Moon Mountain near the Craftsman's House. Ann is there with a bird in her bosom, and she explains it must have fallen from the tree. She asks if he ever fell out of a tree when he was looking at birds. If the Player selects "Yes", it will raise Ann's affection level towards him as she remembers him.
• Requirements: Raise Ann's Heart Affection Level to Yellow.

Special Photo: Pika Bunny

• Description: Help Ann with her sprained ankle and she will ask you to follow her to the mountains. The two of you will spot a rare Pika Bunny.

• Requirements: Raise Ann's heart level to yellow heart before Year 1 Winter or Year 2 Winter, and be single.

Ann's Love Confession

• Description: The Player is caught by Ann when exiting Green Ranch one day, and she confesses her love for him.
• Requirements: Be at a Pink Heart with Ann.

• Participants: Ann, Karen
• Location: Vineyard
• Description: When entering the Vineyard, the Player overhears Karen and Ann chatting. Karen says Ann doesn't have any troubles, and Ann objects strongly to her friend's statement. When Karen inquires what Ann's troubles are about, Ann responds "Cliff", and Karen asks if she means the lazy guy with a falcon (Cliff). Ann gets flustered and says it's not about that Cliff.
• Requirements: Raise Ann and Karen's heart affection levels to Green.

Ann and Popuri Talk Some

• Participants: Ann, Popuri
• Description: Upon seeing Popuri and Ann talking, the Player overhears Ann saying her brother is annoying. Popuri observes that Gray is just concerned about Ann. Ann admits that's true, but she says it's still annoying. Popuri says she would love to have a brother like him, and Ann accidentally says it would complicate things if Gray was Popuri's brother. Popuri asks Ann about it, and Ann quickly leaves.
• Requirements: Raise Ann and Popuri's heart affection levels to Green.

Watermelons

• Participants: Ann, Maria
• Description: The Player witnesses Ann yelling at Maria. Maria is trying to explain while teary-eyed that the salesman needed to sell the watermelons sitting next to her or he'd have problems. Ann knows Maria was duped, and is exasperated with Maria. Despite her exasperation, Ann wants to help Maria. If the Player walks by and selects "Buy" when Ann offers to sell him a watermelon, both Ann and Maria will raise their heart affection levels towards the Player.
• Requirements: Raise Ann and Maria's heart affection levels to Green.

Day Off

• Participants: Ann, Elli
• Location: Bakery
• Description: After entering the Bakery, the Player hears Elli and Ann talking from the back. It's evident Elli is trying to teach Ann how to bake, but it's not going well. Jeff comments that they've been at it all morning.
• Requirements: Raise Ann and Elli's heart affection levels to Green.

Gray's Flowers

• Participants: Ann, Popuri
• Description: Popuri sees the flowers Gray planted and asks Ann if she planted them. Ann says Gray did, and that he babied them. She says it's something you wouldn't expect from someone who looks like Gray. Popuri tells her not to say something like that - looks have nothing to do with growing flowers. Ann says she only said it because he has such a scary face when he tends to the flowers. Popuri laughs, and says that's just Gray and then leaves.
• Requirements: Have Popuri's Heart Affection Level below Green, and be friends with Gray.

A Little Too Into Sweets...Or Elli

• Participants: Ann
• Location: Branch Road
• Description: After leaving town, Ann will follow you. She'll hand you your Bakery card and ask if you like sweets. If you say no, she'll guess you go to see Elli instead of for the food.

Ann Visits Rick

• Location: Rick's Tool Shop
• Description: When visiting Rick, Ann will enter and comment that Rick looks OK. When Rick asks if it's because he closes the shop often, Ann tells him that her Dad says he should take his business more seriously and leaves. Rick mentions he saw a bit of Uncle Hall in Ann when she reported what he said.
• Requirements: Be friends with Rick, day must be a Thursday.

Ann and Rick Chat About Grandma

• Description: When visiting the Tool Shop, Ann and Rick will talk about their Inventor Grandma. Apparently, she also had many failures, which Ann says is like Rick's record with inventions.

The Player witnesses Cliff telling Ann she should watch where she's going, and Ann gets angry and mutters to herself as she figures out who Cliff is.
• Requirements: Have Ann's Heart Affection Level below Green, and be friends with Cliff.

Two Cliffs?

• Location: Green Ranch
• Description: Cliff wanders onto Green Ranch and pets Cliffgard, Green Ranch's prized race horse. Ann yells at him, asking him what he's doing to her horse Cliff. When Cliff explains they have the same name and that must be why they shared a bond, she says Cliffgard is much more handsome than Cliff and storms off. Cliff is left confused at why Ann became so angry.
• Requirements: Have Ann's Heart Affection Level below Green, and be friends with Cliff.

Ann Talks To Cliff

• Participants: Ann, Cliff
• Location: Branch Road
• Description: When Cliff spots Ann at Branch Road, he explains he's decided to leave because he doesn't want to be betrayed one day by people he started to like in town. Ann scolds him for being stupid and being scared of the possibilities. Cliff looks disappointed after the encounter.

Trivia

• If you don't name your baby, Ann will name him. She gives him the name "Mint". Coincidentally, Popuri and Gray will name their child Mint as well. This may be a shout out to the Sound programmer for HM64, Tyaki Sachiko/Mint.
• Her mother passed away when she was very young. Her mother's name is never mentioned.
• Ann's age is estimated to be 23 based on a combination of in-game dialogue and the information referenced in Bokujou Monogatari 2 Official Guide Book: Welcome to My Ranch. Her mother died when she was very young, and Gray (age 25 at the start of the game) took care of her growing up and is her older brother (most likely a few years between them). She makes the comment that she and Karen are the same age in-game.
• When your child gets sick, Ann is the only bachelorette where you'll get the option "Call brother" (Gray) instead of calling her mother.
• Ann has a fear of heights (Acrophobia).
