Fishing (Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns)

Fish in areas 1 and 6 can be caught by hand from the beginning of the game.

Fish in 3, 4 and 5 require a rod to catch. The basic rod can be obtained from Ina on Year 1 Summer 1. The Master Rod requires decent friendship with Rutger before the quest can show up- it shows up in Autumn.
