Rigbarth (リグバース, Rigubaasu) is a town situated on the border of both the Norad Kingdom and the (former) Sechs Empire. It is home to many races, and its townsfolk includes former residents of the Kingdom and of the Empire. The population has been in decline due to its mundane nature, but an organization called Seed has been established there in order to maintain peace and revitalize the town. Simone, who acts as both the town doctor and mayor, has worked hard to bring life back into Rigbarth. Because of her efforts, the town has been growing steadily with the opening of new restaurants and inns. ^[1]
