Leo (レオ, Reo) is the only blacksmith in Kardia; he is known to be a grouchy old man who is revered for his talents. Leo was once trained by a dwarf, and speaks with their Tolkein-esk accent as a result of his training. He will upgrade your basic set of tools the first two times. If you want to surpass Leo's forging skills, then you'll have to upgrade your house and remodel the tools yourself. Leo's dream is to acquire a Grimoire Scale, so that he can use it to forge the Grimoire Sword.
