Description

The Gourmet visits Flowerbud Village when there's festivals where food is a center attraction and needs to be judged. He appears at the Cow Festival and the Vegetable Festival, and offers his opinions on the products produced by your farm. He also visits occasionally at the crossroads outside of your farm.
