Other notes: 
For all categories, the CHOICE1ENG must be defined for both the Choice 1 and Choice 2 rows to appear. (choice 2 ain't gonna appear on its own) Similarly, the choice 3 row will only appear when you define it IF the first two rows are there already.

If you want the rows to be there but don’t have the text yet, just put in
