Herman (ヘリチャコス・レムナンド・ヴィヴィアージュ, Herichakosu Remunando Viviaaju) is the owner of the De Sainte-Coquille manor. He is extremely wealthy, and donates a lot of money to the town. He is the father of Rosalind and Max. Like Jasper, he likes food a LOT. Despite his love of food, he doesn't like all cooked dishes, and most of them (with the exception of Curry Rice, Pineapple Juice, and Cornflakes) he has no interest in.
