About

Kathy is the young and generous bar girl who assists her father at the Brass Bar. She lives in the back room of the bar. She is a very cheerful and perky girl. Kathy enjoys riding and taking care of horses. When her mother passed away, she and her father opened the bar. Kathy gets along well with the bar's regular, Owen.

Marriage

To marry Kathy, the player must have a heart level of at least nine with her, see all four of her heart events, and receive her love letter. This can be accomplished by talking to Kathy every day and by giving her gifts she likes. Once a marriage candidate reaches nine hearts and the player's house has been upgraded to the second level extension, Mira will visit the player's farm in the morning to say that she saw a bluebird fly over Garmon Mountain. The player must visit the top of the mountain between 17:00 and 19:00 to receive the Blue Feather. The player may then propose to Kathy with the feather.

After marrying Kathy, the player is given a Honeymoon Ticket. Kathy will now make the player a lunch every morning, and is available to help out with chores around the farm and go for walks with the player. The player may also view the Summer Festival fireworks and the New Year's Eve countdown with Kathy.

Schedule

Before she is married, Kathy lives with her father at the Brass Bar. She works at the bar in the evening, but spends her days strolling through Harmonica Town and looking at the clothing selection at Sonata Tailoring. She takes frequent breaks from work in the evenings, and can often be found just outside the bar. On Sundays, she goes to Horn Ranch to see the horses. On days with nice weather, Kathy will linger outside. However, when the weather is bad, she heads immediately to her destination.

If the player marries Kathy, she will move into the player's home. She'll visit Horn Ranch almost every day in the afternoon. On Sundays, she returns to the Brass Bar to see her father.

If Kathy marries Owen, she moves into the Blacksmith's home with him. She spends her days exploring Garmon Mines.

Once she is married, regardless to whom, Kathy stays home all day in stormy weather.
