"The mayor of Mineral Town. Thomas cares a great deal for the local residents, he often visits and talks with them. He checks in on Ellen every week."[1]

As the Mayor of Mineral Town, Thomas (トーマス, Tōmasu) takes his job very seriously. He's very spirited in promoting the town however he can, and will often be caught updating the sign in Rose Plaza with the town's next events and festivals.
