Introduction
Anyone can make a difference.
And a bit of magic can make ordinary days seem extraordinary. When I think back, I recall that the letter started it all.
I remember the day it arrived...It was brief and poorly written, and didn't have a return address.
"Nana is gone..."
That's how the letter began. There was no introduction at all. "Nana"? Who was Nana?
"Nana is gone, and I don't know what to do...Please come to Nana's shop, and quickly! The address is..."
The village mentioned in the letter was the name of the village where I spent my childhood. I had such great memories of that village...
...And before I knew it, I was on my way.
Something seemed to be pulling me there...
