Lanna turns to him and tells him that she was waiting by the well, just as they'd agreed. He's a liar! Denny, furious, tells her that she the liar. He was waiting by the well! Oh, sure, Lanna says, he'll say he was waiting there once he's been exposed as the real liar! Just ask the old man at the diner who took out the trash: he'll say that he saw Lanna waiting by the well!!<br>Denny comes to a realization. He asks Lanna if she was waiting by the well in front of the diner. Of course she was! When Denny invited her to go fishing, and told her to meet him at the well, that wasn't the well that he was talking about. He meant that they'd meet at the well in back of Chen's store... and that's where he was waiting. Again, she's not sure if he's telling the truth or not, but Denny says he is. She went to the wrong well! Lanna apologizes and says she misunderstood. Denny asks her to apologize to you, too, and Lanna says she's sorry for getting you wrapped up in this. She then asks Denny if he's angry with her? Denny thinks a moment then says no, he's not mad anymore, even though Lanna is such a troublesome person! Lanna giggles and says she'll make sure she knows exactly where to meet next time.
